Sometimes you come across an outfit that just makes you feel perfect. It doesn’t happen very often but when it does, there is that one, incandescently happy moment. That happened to me when I put on Barbra Kungler’s new Marina dress. The perfectly rendered design and flawless fit put this one straight into my favorite dresses of all time folder.

And it’s just as perfect from the back:

You’ve probably noticed my amazing wedge sandals from JB Gasov. I am so happy to see J move into mesh shoes and these are feminine and delicate and the perfect companion to my favorite dress.

My hair is the D!iva contribution to this month’s Collabor88. A good updo is so hard to find, and this one is great and fit perfectly right out of the box. Here’s to those perfect moments!

My friend Finned and I were at Fashion for Life late Tuesday night throwing L’s at vendors so we could hit the goal of 5.25 million. The only problem was trying to decide what to choose from all the awesome stuff there was. Anyway, Finned gave me this dress and told me I was assigned to blog it. This is one of Azul’s FFL items and it makes me feel very Kate Middleton—so feminine and princessy. Maybe I should have worn my hair down.

Another item that I am happy to blog about is the new Nadia skin from HUIT. I really like the youthful shine of this skin. My favorite thing, however, is the collarbone and neck transition. This is a hard thing to get right in skins, and Nadia has a slight dip and bend in the collarbone and the neck tendons flow naturally into the neck and chin.

Also a shout out to the new Firestorm viewer…I cranked my graphics up as high as they would go and enabled shadows and ambience and all what have you, and nary a graphics line to be found! Thanks, team!

H is for Hiatus

There has been a considerable slow-down on my blog of late, and it’s probably time to address it. After considerable thought I have decided to take a break from blogging. Luna Jubilee’s  new color challenge starts up in January, and I am looking forward to that. However, due to both RL and SL reasons I need some time away. That is not to say that I will not blog at all, but it will not be as frequent. I can still be reached at elizaquixote@gmail.com, or feel free to say hello in-world.

So with that being said, here is H. A great letter for many things: H is for great words like home, heaven, hideaway, helpfulness, and holiday. For honey, hummingbird and honesty. For heartbreak. I could go on, but H is not the shortest section in the dictionary, so I will let it go at that.

À tout à l’heure, friends.
