A Really Big Fireplace

There are two dreams I have always had…the first is to have a really, really big bathtub, and the other is to have a great big fireplace that you can cook stuff in. I haven’t realized either dream yet in RL, and as far as fireplaces go, it’s probably never gonna happen. So imagine my happiness to find this great little mesh cottage from Post as part of the Cold Winter Nights hunt. And it has a fireplace to please my pyromaniac heart!

Anchors Aweigh

This adorable mesh dress from Vero Modero had me running around trying to find a Navy shipyard so I could wave to a bunch of sailors. The best I could find though was a really big cruise ship. still, adorable, right?

Just as adorable is my nautical themed jewelry from Ripe:

52 Weeks of Color Challenge: Rust

I love the earthy tones when they come up in the challenge. The Grace skin from Atomic that is on sale at the Dressing Room Blue reminded me that rust and turquoise is one of my favorite color combinations, so I was happy to wear it today. Just FYI, it really is a beautiful, creamy-complexioned skin. The sunburned cheeks were added by me afterwards. And at the Aleida closing sale I had the rustiest of rusty-colored clothes to choose from.

Everyone who commented on my post last week wins a pair of the Plank Gold Flake earrings, so watch for your prize! This week I want to give away a couple of hairstyles from Burley. This style is called Pippa, but there are lots of great styles to choose from. Have a great week everyone!

ooooh that combination of the rusty colour with the turquoise is totally gorgeous. You really have an eye for this colour thing now hehe… The first photo is brilliant – a touch of bad girl look due to the pose and the surroundings – but with a softer side as you look feminine with your pink cheeks, soft hairstyle and fluffy hood… Simply gorgeous!
