Sailing

The closest I’ve ever been to sailing is puttering around in an old aluminum fishing boat. It seems like it would be just like flying, though. I think Marisa Kira of Diva Hair had that in mind when she created the windblown Jennifer design for TLC. Back when I was new, Mimikri was one of my favorite stores. Mimikri Kit’s beautiful Nana sheer blouse and shorts are also perfect for a hot day on the water.

Relaxing Moment

It’s been a lovely weekend of giving thanks for friends and family and for having enough when there are so many in the world who do not. Now to look forward and remember to be grateful along the way, and not take the good things in life for granted. The excellent CGI Student Academy Gold Medal Winner for Short Film was the inspiration for this photo, as well as the art of the incredible artist T.W. Rutledge. If you haven’t seen this video, take the time to watch it, especially if you want to know more about what El Día de los Muertos is all about. Rucy Byron’s wonderful Los Muertos skeleton gacha at Wayward Halloween provided my joyful, dancing Muerta.

My Attic at The Deck ends today and with it the chance to grab this lovely skin applier from Lumae for the Lelutka head, TMP,  Slink Visage, and as an Omega applier. Skin appliers are pretty pricey in SL and this one is a steal at 95L per skin tone. My flowing locks from Shyla Honey of Damselfly complement this skin nicely.
