Wayward Halloween

If you haven’t had a chance to visit Wayward Halloween yet, head over and see the great sim build as well as the wide variety of Halloween-themed items. Wayward Halloween runs through October 31st! I have used a few favorites from the event in my photo today.

Dear Mother Nature,

I live in New England. This brings certain expectations that there will be seasons. Those seasonal expectations do NOT include 80-plus degree weather in September. If our winter is the same as last year I am sure I will be bemoaning that when the time comes as well, but for now, Mother Nature, please bring on the autumn that I moved to New England for.

Woods

Little Red Riding Hood is not one of my favorite fairy tales. I find myself saying “really?” too many times. Much more fun and modern is Roald Dahl’s hilarious version which you can read here.
However, I do love the beautiful dress and cloak from Apsara, the cute basket from Tea Soup, and the gorgeous wolf from Alchemy, all at the Enchantment event.

  1. Is autumn your favorite season? Why or why not? Yes, unquestionably. I love the colors, the temperatures, the sheer gorgeousness of the earth at this time. The earth gives us so many gifts in the autumn.

  2. Do you call it Autumn or Fall? – Both, pretty interchangeably.

  3. What kind of weather does your area get during this season? – Cool and clear, usually with highs in the 60s-70s and lows in the 40s-50s.

  4. Which color do you always associate with autumn? All of the fall colors but I particularly love the bright orange of maple trees.

  5. Which Autumn themed sim is your favorite at the moment? – There are many sims I love but this year I have been landscaping a friend’s sim for autumn, and that’s where I’ve been taking all my pictures.
